mit'm Stef were for the hot weekend plans for shady walls in the Karwendel forged. However, there was a barbecue on Friday, very unexpected action with Mr. Augustine on the Isar in between, something went ;-)

However, so we were quite contrary to the first wet longer because here was provided for refreshment!
The first climb was wet dry, desiccated, the sun no longer quite so our bulb - has advanced our disability group ...
Although Karwendel found here about 50% of beautiful climbing meters. But then came the highlight - Stef skeptical view from the top ...

Grubenkarspitze / Karwendel
Probably one of the longer walls the northern Alps. Although in the Karwendel, so is the rock here quite well - at least those of us climbed the lower half. Thereafter, however, almost certainly a huge break - but also much lighter (3-4, top or a length of 5 / 6). Still, who "only" climb beautiful lengths wants to go, better go elsewhere, but it lacks the brilliant atmosphere! In addition, the security for such a wall is directly relaxing.
Material: 60m half ropes, ~ 12 exes, Cams .75 - 3, wedges, makes sense for any above-Hammer + Hakl
Hours: Walk-off Eng: ~ 1 - 1.5 hours, our time to abseiling: 6h, 12h total time + x
