Edu Science Reflector 600

Cima Blanca (Dolomites / Cristallo)

After we had fought the night before driving snow and too much traffic through the Tyrol, we pitched our camp in Gemärk on the municipal boundary of South Tyrol - north of Cima Bianca.
Then the next morning clouds away, blue sky there. Only it was freezing cold. The Easter Bunny all but banished! However we are pleased about the new, untracked powder.
The new snow was indeed more and more towards the top, but consistently loose. Only strenuous part of the tracks in the steep first half before the vast Kar is achieved. Somehow I was here but ever since the remarkable, lower channel known me before. Quasi-Alzheimer Onsight ;-)
very back of the summit at last ...
In between, we were still overtaken by a Pustertaler. A welcome relief to the tracks and a praise of the good previous track. Something nice to hear that - but, unfortunately, almost never ... He was also the crossroad so happy with today and with a big smile on spurts.
At the top you will then be on a super Vantage point with brilliant views. Although we received several tips for the next swing, but unfortunately almost all unknown names. And again the same conclusion: not only in the summer Dolos are awesome ...
long it took us up, however. First, freezing cold, wind, and second, third, attracted the exit ...!

Facts
Cima Bianca [1450hm]
Dolomites / Cristallo massif

north of the Cristallo massif WORKS from Gemärk (municipal boundary on the B51), initially through the narrow Northdale, which expands to a steeper slope. Depending on the situation either left or right along the summer road and high above the steep northern slopes to the summit. Although everything is not particularly difficult, but with some larger and steep slopes.
If you should have bad luck probably one of the more popular ski tours of the northern Dolomites.

Guide described in almost all touring guides for South
